Oxygen Property Management has over 70 years experience in the property development, construction, property management industry it was just a matter of time before another niche was created within the market. Our Goal is to combine traditional estate agency values and professional service with modern technology and sophisticated marketing to provide our customers with the best possible all-round service.

“to be honest, overall, service was always good, even though there have been a lot of issues with the running of the building (especially at first) and there still occasionally are, but at least I have always received prompt response if I emailed Customer Service directly (as opposed to just speaking to the Concierge or anyone individually). Most minor issues got also resolved in a matter of few days, sometimes even faster. As a managing agent, you most certainly have much faster response/resolution times compared to managing agents in different buildings I have had experience dealing with. Having out-of-hours number also helps.
The same applies to queries with service charge, ground rent, hot water/heating bills; those are always responded to/resolved promptly, on the same day.
