  • Contact the Tenant at the end of the tenancy and manage the renewal or termination process
  • Rent Collection
  • Manage all DPS Administration
  • 24hr Emergency Helpline and Response
  • Produce monthly Statements
  • Periodic inspections of the property every 4 months and reporting any problems
  • Advising on any repairs that are necessary at the beginning and end of the tenancy
  • Providing information on insurance option

  • Letting Only Renewal fee = 8%
  • Letting and Full Management is 15%
  • Letting and Full Management Renewal Fee is 13%
