The gym has a range of facilities to suit which include; gymnasium, luxurious pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Oxygen Property Management (OPM) are offering a complimentary one year’s free membership (which can be renewed at participants own cost directly with Crowne Plaza London Docklands)

The “complimentary membership” allows access to Crowne Plaza London Docklands (E16) only.

This offer is only valid for properties selected by OPM that are rented successfully and located within E16/E14/E6.

This offer is subject to an applicant successfully renting a property through OPM with satisfactory references and rental warranty/insurance for the selected Property. 

This offer is only valid for applicants that successfully enter into a 24 month contract with a 12 month break clause and stay the full 24 month term.

The free gym membership covers the cost of the gym facilities, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi only, during peak and off peak hours.

To activate this promotion a deposit of £500 is required in relation to the gym membership which will be held by OPM.  The deposit will be returned to the applicant on the 12 month anniversary of the 24 month contract if the applicant continues to rent the apartment for the full 24 month term. Should the applicant utilise the 12 month break clause then the deposit is non-refundable.

Following the successful rental of an apartment and commencement of the years free gym membership, OPM will incur no other costs towards the membership other than the standard membership outlined below and within the terms of Crowne Plaza London Docklands.

In the event of any dispute between the gym member and Crowne Plaza London Docklands, all responsibilities and consequences will be held by the gym member, not OPM.

Members must adhere to the terms given by Crowne Plaza London Docklands /Quad Health Club & Spa upon registration.

OPM will not cover any additional costs incurred such as the use of the Spa and Spa treatments and/or fitness classes.

The gym membership contract can only be redeemed by an OPM client on this promotion after successfully renting a selected Apartment within the area noted.

OPM will not be held responsible for any relations between the gym member and Crowne Plaza London Docklands following membership signing.

By participating in this promotion you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions together with any terms and conditions of Crowne Plaza London Docklands and Quad Health Club & Spa.


In the event of any dispute regarding these terms or any other matters relating to an OPM promotion, the decision of OPM shall be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

By accepting the terms of this promotion, participants also agree to be featured in OPM’s promotional follow up activity which may include, but is not limited to, photographs and quotations from the participants. This activity may include social media as well as other channels.

OPM accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligent or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the promotion, either during or after the promotion.

Directors of OPM may terminate this agreement at any given time without providing notification.

 All other standard agency Fees apply.
