Our comprehensive Property Management service is specifically designed to give you peace of mind and relieve you of your responsibilities in being a full-time landlord. In the current market it seems that more and more tenants are looking for properties that are being managed as it generally provides a more professional service and removes any tension or emotion from either side.
Our fee structure for managing property is cler and consiste of a set up and monthly management fee. Durig your let there are no hidden extra costs.
- Arranging Gas Safety Checks (chargeable)
- Compiling detailed inventories (chargeable)
- Obtaining competitive quotations and, upon
approval, arranging necessary repairs and
maintenance to be done - Contacting the Tenant and arranging renewals and/or check outs as and when necessary
- Rent Collection
- Handling of all Administration
- 24 HR emergency helpline
- Producing monthly statements and accounts
- Periodic inspections of the property and reporting any problems
- Advising on any repairs that are necessary
- Providing information and help on insurance and tax matters
- Letting Only is 8%
- Management is 12%
- Renewal Fee is 8%
