Our Selling process is Fast and Simple...

Our track record indicates we can sell a property in under 28 days! Selling or buying a property is often perceived as a complex and stressful process. Our objective is to make this process as simple and stress free as we can for all of our clients.

An objective outline of the process can be broken down to the following 6 steps:

1. Free Valuation:

First we value your property to determine its market price, completely free of charge. OPM offers a free valuation for residential and commercial properties. Our team have comprehensive knowledge of the market and active selling points, they will ensure research is undertaken to guide you to the right price. We offer free advice on how to achieve a higher financial target and can even offer services to help boost the price.

2. Commission Rates:

Next we sign an agreement. We operate on a no-sale, no fee basis. Our competitive rate stands at just 2% for sole agency, 3% for multi-agency sales. If we don’t sell your property, you don’t pay us a penny!

3. Mortgages & Other Advice:

OPM have a recommended list of tried and tested Mortgage Advisors, if you don’t already have one. We keep up to date with current market trends and offer unique guidance and advice because we believe that sharing is caring. We have a list of proven and highly recommended service providers which are necessary to undergo the sales process, all of which are available to our clients at very competitive prices.

4. Marketing Your Property:

We’ll arrange a time with you and send our professional photographer to capture your property from every angle. Our portfolio of sales properties is projected to a broad audience, selling not only the property but the lifestyle its location offers. Our in house experts ensure they have a broad knowledge of the locations for each one of our properties, boosting credentials. We utilise numerous advertising platforms to optimise exposure to potential buyers including Zoopla, Rightmove, e-mails, social media advertising as well as publications such as the Canary Wharf Magazine. Our Marketing approach is strategic and individually tailored to target audiences specific to each unique property. Unlike other agencies we have in house marketing experts developing innovative and sophisticated methods of reaching potential buyers.

5. Accompanied Viewings:

Oxygen Property Management only carry out accompanied viewings for our properties. The allocated negotiator will act as a representative of not only OPM, but each one of our clients. It is of the utmost importance for us to upkeep a personal approach to both parties which form a part of the sales settlement.

6. Agreeing a Sale:

We inform our clients of any offers made and advise on proceedings. From the initial stages of the draft contracts through to the completion stage, our team is trained to ensure you are informed and understand each step of the process with guidance given as and when needed.
